Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years of competition to get her college degree. In October of 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with the result. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way possible. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
